Commercial Manager – Madrid

🎯 Contract: Permanent, with a 3-month probation period.

💰 Salary: €25,000 - €30,000 gross per year, negotiable based on experience.

🎁 Incentives: Semi-annual bonus based on overall objectives.

🚗 Benefits: Company vehicle with possibility of personal use, fuel card, mobile phone, computer, and Sodexo card of €12/day.

🏨 Expenses: Necessary overnight stays and dinners are covered via Contraticket.

📅 Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, aligned with business hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

We are looking for a Commercial Manager – Store Visitor to manage a portfolio of clients and establishments in the Madrid area, with the aim of boosting sales and improving product presence.

✔️ Visit a portfolio of assigned clients and establishments to increase sales.

✔️ Analyze sales and identify growth opportunities.

✔️ Control stock and ensure proper product assortment.

✔️ Manage and control PLV material.

✔️ Review correct product display at the point of sale.

✔️ Control and ensure compliance with planograms.

✔️ Meet with store managers and responsible staff.

✔️ Negotiate commercial actions and sales opportunities.

✔️ Visit different stores and establishments within the assigned route.

✔️ Know and communicate current promotions.

✔️ Increase product visibility against the competition.

✔️ Report activity and results to the Operations department on a regular basis.
