Tax Analyst. Temporary Contract

• Contract type: Temporary, 6 months with the possibility of extension
• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours. Mon-Thu (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and Fri (9:00 AM to 2:20 PM)
• Location: Madrid
• Work model: Hybrid
• Salary: 30k

• Preparation, review, and remote submission of periodic and annual tax returns, including VAT, personal income tax, and intra-community operations (303, 115, 349, 123, 216, 111).
• Reconciliation between accounting and tax returns, as well as preparation of tax accrual entries.
• Management and review of the Immediate Supply of Information (SII), including reconciliation with VAT books and the Spanish Tax Agency's records.
• Preparation of responses to notifications, information requests, and levies received from the Spanish Tax Agency.

Currently, from the Madrid headquarters, we are looking for a TAX ANALYST for the financial area of a multinational dedicated to advertising and marketing, located in Madrid.

Experience and knowledge:

• Approximately 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Spanish tax regulations, especially VAT.
• Knowledge of the General Accounting Plan, with a focus on tax accounts and the profit and loss account.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, CONCATENATE, TEXT, conditionals, and macro knowledge.
• Experience with digital tools and Artificial Intelligence applied to daily work will be valued.

Personal skills:

• Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
• Methodical, responsible, and organized person, who will work in a coordinated manner within a team of 6 people managing multiple tax returns for the Group's companies.

Education and languages:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent Vocational Training.
• Intermediate English level.
