Gain in-depth knowledge of the functional area assigned to you 🔎, analyzing and proposing improvements to business processes with a technical component.
Configure the SAP SD module ⚙️, one of the most active ones in our house.
Resolve operational incidents 🛠️ of the management systems under your responsibility, with a special focus on SAP R/3 and EDI communication.
Perform the technical and functional design of Systems area projects 📐 for their subsequent implementation.
Provide support to all business processes in the Customer Administration and Logistics areas 🚚, from the moment the customer order arrives, through pricing, delivery, and transport, up to invoicing.
Plan, coordinate and, when necessary, personally execute process improvement projects 📈 in your area.
Supervise and coordinate the outsourcing of SAP developments or vendor support 🤝, where appropriate.
Manage your project portfolio 🗂️, reporting to the Systems Manager.
Keep project documentation and department manuals updated 📋, so that we always have clear and detailed information.
Plan and provide training to users 👩🏫 based on detected needs.
Propose improvements 💡 that help us optimize established processes.
