What you'll do

These will be some of your responsibilities:

Help in the implementation of the continuous improvement system (IWS) at Grefusa 😊, following the standards and methodologies that are already established.
Collaborate in the development and improvement of the standards 📋 related to the position, using the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) approach. 📊
Collaborate closely with your Line Leader and team to prioritize and address identified losses, using the "Loss Tree" as a reference, and participate in the daily meeting system (DDS) to prioritize resources, agree on actions, and follow up on them.
Report the data from your DMS tools in the DDS and guarantee the quality of data collection in your area.
Lead the elimination of losses, providing guidance and training to the team in root cause tools such as IPS, UPS, 6W2H 🛠️
Monitor the progress of the IWS system 🔍, ensuring compliance with improvement plans and objectives.
Support the monitoring of pillar development 📊, ensuring that periodic meetings are held and progress is maintained.
Train team members 👩🏫, including line leaders and team managers, in their pillar, in the implementation of the 8 DMS RTTs, and in tools for loss elimination.
Collaborate with the Production Manager 🤝 in the coordination and monitoring of the actions necessary to achieve the Assessment objectives.
Analyze deviations, identify improvement opportunities, and propose actions 📈 to meet the objectives of the IWS system.
Collaborate in the maintenance of the IWS Site Masterplan 🗺️ to address losses and develop necessary capabilities, in collaboration with the plant team.
