For the company Laboratorios Grifols, S.A., specialized in the research and development of hospital products such as parenteral solutions, enteral and parenteral nutrition diets, and specific blood bank products, we are seeking to hire a First-class Operator for Dosing in the Production department.

• You will operate the machinery according to the assigned position on the production line.
• You will manage the materials required for the process, including supply and reporting any incidents to the supervisor in case of shortages.
• You will complete the production logs, review the recorded information, and deliver them to the supervisor at the end of the shift.
• You will perform sampling for quality control and notify the corresponding team of any incidents.
• You will monitor productivity, recording the data in the established systems and sending it at the end of the shift.
• You will notify maintenance in the event of machinery failures that affect production or product quality.
• You will ensure the correct execution of each activity on the line according to established procedures.
• You will report to the supervisor and the next shift team on the status of the line and any relevant incidents.
• You will complete the line logbooks and review the machine operating parameters.
• You will participate in format and batch changes together with the rest of the team, following established guidelines.

• You must have a high school diploma (Bachillerato) or a mid-level vocational qualification (CFGM) with experience. A mid-level or higher vocational qualification (CFGM/CFGS) in Chemistry or a related field will be valued.
• You must have at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or similar production.
• You have commitment and enthusiasm for work, the ability to learn, and an open attitude toward change, as well as a collaborative spirit.
