What you'll do

What your responsibilities will be

  • You will operate the machinery according to the assigned position on the production line.
  • You will manage the materials needed for the process, including supply and reporting any issues to the supervisor in case of shortages.
  • You will complete the production guides, review the recorded information, and hand them over to the supervisor at the end of the shift.
  • You will take samples for quality control and notify the relevant team of any issues.
  • You will monitor productivity, recording data in the established systems and sending it at the end of the shift.
  • You will notify maintenance in the event of machinery failures that affect production or product quality.
  • You will ensure the correct execution of each activity on the line according to defined procedures.
  • You will report to the supervisor and the next shift team on the status of the line and any relevant issues.
  • You will complete the line log-books and review the machine operating parameters.
  • You will participate in format and batch changes together with the rest of the team, following established guidelines.

  • You have a high school diploma or intermediate vocational training (CFGM) with experience. An intermediate or advanced vocational training (CFGM/CFGS) in Chemistry or a related field will be valued.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or similar.
  • You have commitment and enthusiasm for work, you have the ability to learn and an attitude open to change, as well as a collaborative spirit.
