The role
You will be responsible for developing and consolidating the commercial activity of Grifols Healthcare Solutions in the Canary Islands, promoting our portfolio of products and solutions aimed at the hospital environment. You will work closely with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and different internal areas of the company to identify business opportunities, provide value solutions, and guarantee an excellent customer experience.
What you'll do
- Promote and market the assigned product portfolio within the Canary Islands area.
- Conduct periodic visits to public and private hospitals and healthcare centers.
- Present solutions through demonstrations, training sessions, technical documentation, and promotional material.
- Detect new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals adapted to each situation.
- Participate in public tenders and bids, coordinating the necessary internal processes.
- Analyze the market, competition, and trends in the healthcare sector.
- Monitor sales objectives and report on commercial activity.
- Manage incidents and claims, ensuring an agile and customer-oriented response.
- Maintain solid, long-term commercial relationships with different hospital stakeholders.
- Guarantee the correct traceability of assigned equipment, samples, and materials.

Who you are
- Education in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related areas. Profiles with Vocational Training and relevant experience in the sector will be valued.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the Healthcare, Medical Devices, or hospital sector is indispensable.
- Experience in the Canary Islands healthcare market will be highly valued.
- Valid driver's license.
- Availability for frequent travel within the assigned territory.
- You have user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- You have a B2 level of English. Very valuable.
- You are an organized person, detail-oriented, and able to manage different tasks simultaneously.
- You enjoy working in a team and developing in a dynamic, international environment.
