From Grupo Crit, we are selecting Marketplace Customer Service Administrators for a company located in Alcantarilla for its Marketplaces department.
Duties
Customer service through the various messaging services of each Marketplace.
Manage returns, claims, and negative ratings.
Transfer marketplace-specific invoices to the accounting department.
Management of the department's email.
Performance control of the different marketplaces.
Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 with half an hour for lunch.
Friday from 08:00 to 14:00.
