Factory Operator

• Previous experience in industrial or food environments.
• Experience in olive factories, collection centers, or patio sections with drums and fermenters is valued.
• Good physical condition for performing manual work and lifting/moving loads.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.
• Versatile, responsible person with a positive attitude toward work.
• Full schedule availability to work different shifts and overtime when necessary.
• Availability to start between late August and early September.

• Contract under a permanent discontinuous modality.
• Availability to work Monday through Sunday on morning and afternoon shifts, with the possibility of overtime during the food industry campaign.
• Salary of €10.84 gross/hour. Overtime at €18.98/h.
• Availability bonus of €30.90 for each Saturday or Sunday worked, in addition to the salary corresponding to the working day.
• Schedule from 05:00 to 13:00h or from 13:00 to 21:00h, with the possibility of overtime when operations require it.
• Possibility of continuity in successive campaigns.

At Grupo Crit, we are looking for experienced olive Factory Workers to join a major company in the food sector located in Espartinas (Seville), for a start date of September 14th.

We are looking for professionals with experience in industrial environments, accustomed to fast-paced work, with the ability to adapt and full schedule availability. • Performing loading and unloading operations of raw materials and auxiliary products.
• Monitoring levels in tanks and fermenters, as well as opening and closing taps and valves according to process needs.
• Handling and controlling shut-off valves and pipe runs for transferring liquids.
• Managing recirculation pumps in fermenters, ensuring the correct movement and treatment of the brine.
• Handling and moving olives in the yard and fermentation areas.
• Supporting receiving, sorting, and storage operations of raw materials.
• Preparing, monitoring, and tracking brines and other process liquids.
• Cleaning, tidying, and basic maintenance of work areas and associated equipment.
• Complying with procedures for quality, food safety, occupational risk prevention, and good manufacturing practices.
