HSE Manager

We are currently looking for an HSE MANAGER profile with around 7-10 years of experience performing the following functions:

• Lead and globally coordinate the INVER HSE department, defining the management system, corporate procedures, and area objectives from its creation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations applicable in each country, including the analysis of minimum legal HSE staffing obligations by jurisdiction.
• Manage the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) with O&M companies at assets in commercial operation, acting as the principal company.
• Integrate environmental aspects into the HSE management system, overseeing compliance with environmental conditions during construction and operation.
• Collaborate with the ENHOL Group Corporate HSE Management to receive, adapt, and implement corporate guidelines in INVER projects.
• Report consolidated HSE indicators for the portfolio to Management and the Group, leading the investigation of serious accidents and crisis management.

• Senior profile, with more than 7 years performing the required functions.
• Advanced level of English (C1) is essential; other languages are a plus.
• Travel: Must be available for occasional national and international travel.
• Management of multicultural teams.
• Communicate and convey knowledge and information efficiently to the team.
• Lead the coordination of individual efforts toward common objectives and the handling of internal conflicts.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, and/or similar fields.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with all three specialties (Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics/Psychosociology).
• Specific training in Environmental Management (ISO 14001, Environmental Technician or equivalent) and/or NEBOSH certification, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or other international HSE certifications will be valued.

Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil HSE MANAGER con unos 7-10 años de experiencia realizando las siguientes funciones:

• Liderar y coordinar globalmente el departamento HSE de INVER, definiendo el sistema de gestión, los procedimientos corporativos y los objetivos del área desde su creación.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad y salud aplicable en cada país, incluyendo el análisis de las obligaciones legales mínimas de dotación HSE por jurisdicción.
• Gestionar la Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales (CAE) con las empresas O&M en los activos en operación comercial, actuando como empresa principal.
• Integrar los aspectos ambientales en el sistema de gestión HSE, supervisando el cumplimiento de los condicionados ambientales en construcción y operación.
• Colaborar con la Dirección HSE Corporativa del Grupo ENHOL para recibir, adaptar e implementar las directrices corporativas en los proyectos de INVER.
• Reportar indicadores HSE consolidados del portfolio a la Dirección y al Grupo, liderando la investigación de accidentes graves y la gestión de crisis.

• Perfil senior, con más de 7 años realizando las funciones demandadas.
• Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés (C1) y valorable otros idiomas.
• Viajes: Se deberá poseer disponibilidad para viajar nacional e internacionalmente en ocasiones.
• Gestión de equipos multiculturales.
• Comunicar y transmitir conocimiento e información de forma eficiente al equipo
• Lliderar la coordinación de los esfuerzos individuales hacia objetivos comunes y el tratamiento de conflictos internos.

• Grado o Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Ciencias y/o similares.
• Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales con las tres especialidades (Seguridad, Higiene Industrial, Ergonomía/Psicosociología).
• Se valorará formación específica en Gestión Ambiental (ISO 14001, Técnico en Medio Ambiente o equivalente) y/o certificación NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor u otras certificaciones internacionales de HSE.
