About the role

We are currently looking for an HSE MANAGER profile with around 7-10 years of experience performing the following functions:

What you'll do

  • Lead and globally coordinate the INVER HSE department, defining the management system, corporate procedures, and area objectives from its creation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations applicable in each country, including the analysis of minimum legal HSE staffing obligations by jurisdiction.
  • Manage the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) with O&M companies at assets in commercial operation, acting as the principal company.
  • Integrate environmental aspects into the HSE management system, overseeing compliance with environmental conditions during construction and operation.
  • Collaborate with the ENHOL Group Corporate HSE Management to receive, adapt, and implement corporate guidelines in INVER projects.
  • Report consolidated HSE indicators for the portfolio to Management and the Group, leading the investigation of serious accidents and crisis management.

What we're looking for

  • Senior profile, with more than 7 years performing the required functions.
  • Advanced level of English (C1) is essential; other languages are a plus.
  • Travel: Must be available for occasional national and international travel.
  • Management of multicultural teams.
  • Communicate and convey knowledge and information efficiently to the team.
  • Lead the coordination of individual efforts toward common objectives and the handling of internal conflicts.

Education & certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, and/or similar fields.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with all three specialties (Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics/Psychosociology).
  • Specific training in Environmental Management (ISO 14001, Environmental Technician or equivalent) and/or NEBOSH certification, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or other international HSE certifications will be valued.
