• Minimum 3 years of experience in safety management in an industrial environment.

• Experience in executive and direct management, relationship with prevention delegates, Labor Inspection, accident analysis, RD1215, Atex, work permits, ergonomics, and thermal stress.

• Decision-making capacity, leadership, and ability to analyze priorities and strategy at all times.

• Ability to combine autonomous work as an OSH team with teamwork alongside the rest of the departments.

• Ability to influence people by transmitting the prevention culture throughout the organization.

At TA-TUNG, a company of the GRUPO PASTAS GALLO, we are looking for a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician to join our production plant in Sant Vicenç del Horts.

The functions are the following:

• Comprehensively manage Health and Safety with an active presence in the plant.

• Identify risks and define preventive and corrective actions.

• Manage preventive training and information for workers.

• Coordinate health surveillance with SPA.

• Emergency plan: management, training, and drills.

• Investigate accidents: analysis and planning of improvements.

• Monitor OSH KPIs, report results, and propose improvements.

• Monitor the execution of the Action plan and the Investment plan.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production on all plant projects (new installations, RD1215, PCI), machinery procurement, and their day-to-day safety.

• Supervise and participate in work permits issued by departments and manage the coordination of business activities.

• Promote the safety culture at all levels of the company.
