Academic training: University degree or CFGS in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar.

Experience: From 5 years of experience in a similar position.

We are currently looking for a Production Planner, who will be part of the Planning Department.

Coordinate production planning, ensuring the correct management of resources, capacity, costs, and inventories to meet the production plan and optimize the customer service level. They will also define and monitor key indicators to support decision-making and the control of results in the Operations area.

• Define the inventory management strategy and the optimal stock levels for finished and semi-finished products.
• Supervise product availability, obsolescence, and inventory incidents, driving improvement actions to guarantee the service level.
• Define the planning strategy and the sizing of the factory's production capacity.
• Supervise compliance with the production plan, optimizing planning and the utilization of available resources.
• Coordinate the planning of critical production activities, including internal orders and processes, and the external sterilization capacity necessary to guarantee production continuity.
• Periodically review production capacity needs, resources, and workload based on forecasted demand.
• Lead demand planning and production sizing based on commercial forecasts and available capacity.
• Supervise material planning (MRP) and ensure the availability of necessary resources to guarantee production continuity.
• Coordinate planning associated with new product launches, ensuring the necessary availability to respond to commercial needs.
• Supervise costs associated with production, analyzing deviations and promoting actions to improve operational efficiency.
• Guarantee the integrity, updating, and reliability of master and operational data related to planning, inventory, and production in the ERP systems.
• Supervise the administration of masters, manufacturing orders, and configurations associated with the area.
• Drive the automation and continuous improvement of planning processes and information management.
• Collaborate in the definition and implementation of new digital tools and solutions for operational optimization.
• Define, maintain, and ensure compliance with the procedures and standards of the Planning area.
• Guarantee that the area's processes are correctly documented and updated in accordance with the quality management system.
• Supervise the management and maintenance of the labeling system, guaranteeing its adequacy to the factory's operational needs.
• Define, monitor, and analyze the area's key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, planning, and production, identifying deviations and proposing improvement actions.
• Prepare reports and develop monitoring tools that facilitate decision-making for the Operations Management.
