▶Mission: Ensure the reliability and control of in-store merchandise inventory, ensuring accurate stock reconciliation, operational management during closures or renovations, and monitoring the overall condition of store facilities and operations.

- Control and supervision of the inventory of all physical merchandise in the store not belonging to the perishables and bazaar sections.

- Once inventoried, import data to head office for comparison of what was inventoried against the in-store stock according to the system.

- Once compared, review possible discrepancies. @@

- Review and approval with the store manager of the most significant discrepancies.

- Once reviewed, closing and finalization of the inventory.

- When conducting inventory due to store closure, generally due to remodeling, and the store must be left empty of merchandise, carry out the distribution and invoicing of all inventoried merchandise not belonging to perishables and bazaar sections.

- Preparation of a brief report on the condition of merchandise on shelves.

- Supervision of the condition, order, and cleanliness of technical areas (warehouse, office, restrooms, etc.).

- Communication of any notable incidents detected during the store review.

• Ability to perform inventory reconciliations, variance analysis, and processes for billing/distribution of surplus merchandise.
• Management of data import tools into central systems, inventory management ERPs, and radio frequency terminals.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.

• Compulsory Secondary Education / Baccalaureate
• Vocational Training (Intermediate or Advanced Degree) in Administrative Management, Administration and Finance, or Commerce and Marketing.

Desirable qualification: Additional training or specific courses in Stock Management, Logistics, Inventory Auditing, or shrinkage control in the retail sector.

Professional experience: 1 to 3 years in stock control, conducting physical inventories, and store auditing.

▶Misión: Garantizar la fiabilidad y control del inventario de mercancía en tienda, asegurando la correcta conciliación de stock, la gestión operativa en cierres o reformas y el seguimiento del estado general de las instalaciones y operativa de tienda.

- Control y supervisión del inventario de toda la mercancía física que hay en tienda no perteneciente a las secciones de perecederos y bazar.

- Una vez inventariada, importar datos a central para cotejo de lo inventariado con el stock en tienda según sistema.

- Una vez cotejada, repasar posibles descuadres.

- Repaso y visto bueno con el gerente de tienda de los descuadres más importantes.

- Una vez revisado, cierre y finalización del inventario.

- Cuando se realiza inventario por cierre de tienda, generalmente por reforma, y la tienda tiene que quedar vacía de mercancía, realizar el reparto y facturación de toda la mercancía inventariada no perteneciente a secciones de perecederos y bazar.

- Elaboración de un pequeño informe del estado de mercancía en lineales.

- Supervisión del estado, orden y limpieza de zonas técnicas (almacén, oficina, aseos, etc.).

- Comunicación de cualquier incidencia destacable detectada durante la revisión de la tienda.

• Capacidad para realizar conciliaciones de inventario, análisis de desviaciones y procesos de facturación/reparto de mercancía excedente.
• Manejo de herramientas de importación de datos a sistemas centrales, ERPs de gestión de stock y terminales de radiofrecuencia.
• Nivel intermedio de Microsoft Excel.

• Educación Secundaria Obligatoria / Bachillerato
• Formación Profesional (Grado Medio o Superior) en Gestión Administrativa, Administración y Finanzas, o Comercio y Marketing.

Titulación deseable: Formación complementaria o cursos específicos en Gestión de Stock, Logística, Auditoría de Inventarios o control de mermas en el sector retail.

Experiencia profesional: 1 a 3 años en control de stock, realización de inventarios físicos y auditoría de tiendas.
