Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational training in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Organization, Production Programming, Mechanical Manufacturing, Electronics, or similar.

Previous experience is not required, although experience in industrial, productive, logistics, or administrative environments will be valued.

User level of Microsoft Excel and office tools.

Experience working with ERP or production management systems is a plus.

Organizational skills, planning, and task monitoring.

Ability to work with data and perform rigorous process monitoring.

Proactive, dynamic, and resolute person, with the capacity to manage different priorities.

Ability to adapt to changing environments and a focus on continuous improvement.

The role

Adecco Selección is looking for a Production Control Assistant to join a technological industrial company located in the Málaga Technology Park. You will be part of the Production team, collaborating in the planning, monitoring, and control of production processes to ensure the achievement of established objectives.

If you are an organized, analytical, dynamic person eager to develop professionally in an industrial environment, this could be your opportunity.

What you'll do

- Assist in the daily planning and monitoring of production.

- Manage and update fabrication order information in internal systems.

- Monitor fabrication deadlines and detect possible deviations.

- Control the progress of production orders and ensure their correct traceability.

- Coordinate with the different departments involved to ensure planning compliance.

- Verify the availability of materials necessary for production.

- Record and analyze production data, preparing monitoring reports.

- Identify incidents and collaborate in proposing corrective actions.

- Keep the documentation and records associated with the Production area up to date.

- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes and operational efficiency.
