Your role in our team
📋 Your main functions will be:
We need to recruit professionals and first-class construction tradespeople, with experience in:
Preliminary study, based on projects or graphic documentation, of the construction element to be built.
Preparation of the work area and organization of the environment.
Determination and preparation of the necessary materials, tools, machines, utensils, and work equipment.
Preparation, inspection, application, and maintenance of the individual or collective protection equipment or elements necessary to guarantee safety during work.
Assembly, use, disassembly, and maintenance of small scaffolding and use of scaffolding for higher altitudes.
Setting out of the elements to be built: space distribution, measurements and location of levels, tracing of lines (straight, curved, perpendicular, diagonal...), leveling and plumbing, placement of straightedges or levels, definition of apparatus and vertical and horizontal modulation, preparation of templates or molds.
Carrying out shoring and propping and placement of molds and other auxiliary elements.
Construction of foundations
Formation of sanitation networks
Construction of walls, partitions, pillars, retaining walls, partitions, arches, vaults, boundaries, trimmings, lintels, and curbs made of ceramic masonry, stone, or precast concrete.
Construction of flat and pitched roofs
Cracking, skimming, plastering, swirling, and smoothing of vertical and horizontal surfaces.
Plastering and smoothing of interior surfaces
Assistance to other trades: cutting chases, placement of embedded elements and conduits for installations, etc.
