Requirements

Minimum experience of 1 year in process control, industrial production, or similar positions, preferably in the food sector.
Demonstrable experience managing teams and with personnel in charge.
Character, personality, and leadership capacity to organize teams and manage complex situations.
Have your own vehicle.
Ability to make decisions, resolve conflicts, and maintain calm under pressure.
Ability to transmit instructions with clarity, firmness, and confidence.
A resourceful, organized, proactive person with the capacity to anticipate problems.
Attention to detail and orientation towards achieving objectives.
Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts, with flexibility to adapt to production needs.

The role

JOB OFFER: PROCESS CONTROLLER – IN A CORUÑA

From Nexo 8 ETT we are looking for a PROCESS CONTROLLER to join a major company in the food sector located in A Coruña.

We are looking for a person with experience in production environments, leadership capacity, and the character to manage teams, resolve incidents, and guarantee the correct functioning of production processes.

This is a position that requires autonomy, decision-making capacity, and the ability to operate in a demanding work environment, where it is fundamental to maintain control and act quickly in the face of any unforeseen event.

What you'll do

Control and monitoring of production processes, ensuring compliance with established objectives and procedures.
Supervision of production lines and detection of possible deviations or incidents.
Problem solving and implementation of corrective measures to guarantee production continuity.
Organization, coordination, and supervision of the personnel in charge, distributing tasks and verifying their correct fulfillment.
Management of incidents with the team, transmitting instructions clearly and firmly.
Quality control and compliance with food safety procedures.
Monitoring of materials and consumables necessary for the development of the activity.
Communication of results, incidents, and deviations to the corresponding managers.
Identification of improvement opportunities in production processes.
