What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Solid experience in RF antenna design and development, including phased array systems.
Strong knowledge of electromagnetic simulation and RF design tools such as CST, HFSS, and ADS.
Expertise in passive integration and RF technologies such as PCB design, waveguides, LTCC, thin-film, radomes, FSS, and feeding networks.
Strong background in radar, communication systems, or integrated antenna platforms. Experience working under structured development and verification frameworks (e.g., ECSS or similar).

Languages

Professional level of English, with the ability to work in international and multidisciplinary teams.

What you'll do

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you will design, develop and integrate technological solutions that become part of high-value projects for our clients.

Lead end-to-end development of phased array antenna systems (from requirements to production)
Drive design of AESA radar antennas across different frequency bands (X, S, etc.)
Define system architecture and ensure integration with radar and communication systems
Coordinate with cross-functional teams: mechanical, RF, FW/SW, manufacturing, and supply chain
Develop and execute verification & validation plans (RF, environmental, thermal, mechanical)
Oversee antenna measurements (anechoic chamber, near-field, far-field)
Support industrialization processes, including manufacturing documentation and supplier coordination
Contribute to ESA / ECSS-based projects and compliance frameworks
