Sports Betting Trainer

Orenes Grupo, a business holding with over 50 years of experience in the leisure and entertainment sector, is selecting two people for the position of Sports Betting Trainer for its Sports Betting Division.

As a Sports Betting Trainer, your main functions will include, among others:

• Develop training manuals for the Versus product to serve as support for doubts that arise on the floor.

• Providing ongoing support and guidance to venue staff on technical matters, content, customer service, promotions, etc.

• Create and develop material to be included in the virtual classroom to provide full national support.

• Constantly update training content across the various Versus platforms (help classroom and physical manuals) to ensure that the information transmitted includes the latest developments.

• Deliver Versus training nationwide to both internal and external staff to ensure that floor personnel have the resources to provide customer support regarding doubts and interaction with the product.

• High School Diploma or Higher Vocational Training (FP II).

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Knowledge of sports.

• Medium-high level of English
