Day to day, you'll plan inspiring lessons, track progress carefully, and adapt your approach to meet different needs. There's also plenty of scope to shape the school's wider musical culture through concerts, ensembles, and productions, helping to make music a visible and vibrant part of school life. Working closely with colleagues, you'll contribute to shared goals and a strong team ethos.
