The role
At Grupo Orenes, a business holding company with over 50 years of experience in the leisure and entertainment sector, we are looking for a MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR TECHNICIAN in Madrid for our different centers and venues in the community.
What you'll do
The main functions that the selected person will carry out will be:
- Perform maintenance and repair of facilities at the centers, including electrical repairs, HVAC, plumbing, masonry, and painting, among others.
- Support in the maintenance and repair of the center's HVAC systems.
- Maintain the excellent order and condition of the work and public spaces.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous experience in maintenance and repair functions.
- Knowledge and experience in electricity, HVAC, plumbing, masonry, and painting.
- Skills for problem-solving and working autonomously.
- Have a driving licence.
