Grupo Orenes is looking to hire a Gaming Room Manager for one of its leisure and entertainment centers in Totana. A key position to guarantee operational excellence and offer the best experience to our customers.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate the correct functioning of the room during the shift.
Lead, motivate, and organize the work team, guaranteeing quality service.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and current sector regulations.
Manage customer service, resolving incidents and ensuring an excellent experience.
Supervise cash desk activities, balancing, and collection control.
Verify the identity and age of customers, guaranteeing compliance with access regulations.
Keep the room's operational records and controls up to date.
Collaborate with the security, maintenance, and administration departments to guarantee the correct functioning of the establishment.
Promote actions oriented towards customer loyalty and satisfaction.
