Service Assistant

What are the requirements for this position?:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in concierge services.
• Intermediate level office automation and email management.

• Possession of a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33% is valued.
• Having your own vehicle to access the workplace is valued.

What work will you do?: Parking assistant service:

• Customer service in person and/or via intercom systems (barriers and payment machines).
• Assistance to parking users in the event of incidents or needs, providing support and help to resolve them in the most polite and formal manner possible.
• Carrying out periodic rounds to check the proper functioning of the parking lot (improperly parked vehicles).
• Monitoring/reporting of warnings/incidents during the work shift.
• Verification that there are no abandoned, unusual objects without an apparent owner and, if detected, notifying the hospital security service.
• Control of vehicle circulation, stopping, and parking within the premises that may affect safety and hinder access for other users, or the entry of ambulances or security force vehicles.
• Specific controls of access to and stay in certain areas of the parking lot, depending on the time slot or restricted access.
• Management of computer systems and subsystems.
• Collection of tickets from the exit lanes.
• Cleaning of contact surfaces with disinfectant, both of the control booth and the different control elements (payment machines and barriers).
• Cleaning of payment machine and barrier machinery.
• Collection of fallen leaves from trees.
• Sweeping of the barrier and payment machine area.
• Sweeping and mopping of the pavement and windows of the control booth.
• Sweeping and emptying of bins throughout the parking lot.
• Supervision of the operating state and conservation of the different parking control elements (software, payment machines, barriers, readers...).
• Issuance of subscriber cards for authorized professionals and company personnel.
• Issuance of discount vouchers for parking in the emergency zone.
• Immediate and written notification of daily incidents to the service interlocutors.
• Collaborating in public information tasks: location of Hospital areas and facilities (directing to hospital counters/information points).

• Flexible schedule.

What will your schedule be?: You will work a 30-hour monthly schedule from Monday to Sunday. Rotating shifts according to a roster from 07:00 to 19:00 (total service hours).
