Services Supervisor

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a service provider company.
• Higher Vocational Training degree.
• Medium-high user level of Excel.
• Driver's license; visits to services in the assigned provinces must be carried out.
• Health and safety training (PRL).
• Valuable to hold a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33%.

We are looking for a decisive, flexible, organized, and methodical person with experience in providing cleaning services, access control, gardening, etc., to both public and private clients, and who is capable of managing a large volume of services by resolving the incidents and unforeseen events typical of day-to-day operations. You will be under the direct supervision of the area service manager and will be part of a team where you can develop your skills and capacities for service and personnel management and control. What work will you do?:

• Perform the coordination and supervision of assigned services, resolving any incidents that arise.
• In-person visits to assigned services.
• Management and training of all employees under your charge, as well as coordination with the area service manager regarding vacations, temporary disabilities, leaves, and other situations that cause team replacements. Communicating these incidents to the HR department.
• Control and manage the maintenance of machinery and work tools belonging to each project.
• Liaison with clients from both Public Administration and private companies and individuals.
• Supervising compliance with internal policies and procedures regarding Occupational Risk Prevention and Quality and Environment.
• Coordinate the training necessary for the position, both regarding the worker's capacities and skills to perform the role and regarding training in Occupational Health and Safety. Detect needs and coordinate their implementation with the HR and OHS departments.
