What work will you do?: The workplace has a supervision team in charge of distributing tasks. Training is provided to all new staff for the handling and knowledge of action protocols and internal platforms.
What you'll do
- Telephone assistance and management.
- Reception and registration of requests.
- Use of different internal computer platforms.
- Report generation.
- Incident management; analysis, registration, and resolution.
- Attention, analysis, registration, and solution of complaints, claims, and compliments.
How you'll work
What will your contract be? Initial one-year contract with the possibility of continuing. What will your schedule be?: Working day according to a roster in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, within the hours of 6:00h and 00:00h.
