What we're looking for

The role
We are looking for Service Assistants to work in municipal facilities of the Castro-Urdiales City Council, performing access control, customer service, and facility supervision functions.
We are looking for responsible, organized, and autonomous people, with a good orientation toward customer service, communication skills, and the ability to properly manage any incidents that may arise during the service.
What you'll do
- Control of user and staff entries and exits.
- Opening and closing of doors and facilities.
- Control and supervision of alarms.

- Communication of incidents to the service managers.
