Cybersecurity Project Manager

What are we looking for in you?

• At least 3 years of experience managing cybersecurity and infrastructure projects.

• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as traditional project management methodologies.

• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana.

• Solid knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls, as well as threat analysis models.

• Knowledge of cloud security in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments, network architecture, PAM/IAM, cryptography, and vulnerability analysis.

• Knowledge of applicable security and privacy laws and regulations: GDPR, NIS2, DORA, among others.

• We value project management certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or PRINCE2, as well as certifications related to cybersecurity and governance such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA.

• Professional English (B2 level) is a plus.

We are currently looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to join an important project and become part of a specialized security and technology team.

What will you do?

• You will manage the full lifecycle of cybersecurity and infrastructure projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, planning, and budget.

• You will coordinate projects related to SIEM, Zero Trust architectures, IAM/PAM identity management, supply chain security, and incident response.

• You will manage risks and monitor compliance with frameworks and regulations such as GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, PCI-DSS, NIST, or DORA.

• You will act as a liaison between the technical security teams—CISO, engineering, and SOC—and the various stakeholders involved.

• You will perform operational and executive monitoring of providers and services related to pentesting, audits, consulting, and security tools.

• You will define and monitor KPIs and KRIs, preparing project progress reports for management and security committees.

• You will proactively communicate project status, identifying risks, deviations, and impacts on planning.
