Workday Support Technician

What are we looking for in you?

• At least 1-2 years of experience working with Workday, especially in support, operation, or platform administration environments.

• Practical knowledge of Workday and the ability to operate autonomously in its daily operations.

• Experience in file/data uploads, incident management, and small configurations in Workday.

• Ability to analyze problems, identify their origin, and follow up on their resolution

• Ability to understand the needs of the HR department and translate them into the technical sphere.

• Technical-functional profile, organized and with autonomy to manage day-to-day requests.

We are currently looking for a Workday Support and Operations Technician to join an important project located in Madrid, Méndez Álvaro area, as part of the IT department and providing internal service to the HR department.

What will you do?

• Manage the daily operation and support of the Workday platform.

• Attend to, analyze, and resolve incidents and requests forwarded by the HR department.

• Perform file and data uploads, as well as validate their correct execution.

• Carry out small configurations and functional adjustments in Workday.

• Analyze platform errors and incidents, performing follow-up until resolution.

• Coordinate with external providers regarding those incidents or needs that require specialized support.

• Serve as the IT point of contact for needs related to Workday.
