What we're looking for

- At least 3 years of experience with an employment contract as an architect
- Basic or higher level proficiency in Autocad (will be verified during technical assessment)
- Basic or higher level proficiency in Word (will be verified during technical assessment)

- From 3 years to 9 years of experience in the development of building execution projects (experience with an employment contract)
Nice to have

Architect - Processing of Grants for Residential Environments (Madrid)
Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in the performance of engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to incorporate 1 Architect to provide support in the processing of grants in residential environments in the Community of Madrid.

What you'll do
- Support in the review and verification of applications and support in the preparation of requirements.
- Support in the review and analysis of documentation. As well as in the preparation of technical reports and proposals.
- Support in the control and review of the documentation submitted by the applicants.
- Support in the review of the final documentation and verification of the investment prior to the payment of the grant.

- A fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 5 months, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience plan or with funding coming from European Union Funds.
