Waiter/Waitress Assistant at H10 Tenerife Playa

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Waiter/Waitress Assistant to work at our hotel H10 Tenerife Playa, in Tenerife.

The duties to be carried out will be:

• Welcome guests.
• Receive, see off, seat and advise customers.
• Assist and help during service.
• Serve customers in a timely manner according to standards and needs.
• Remember guests' preferences.
• Events: serve, organize, prepare, set up the restaurant, the dining room or other areas as required by the occasion.
• Cross-departmental support (room service, restaurant, bar, terrace, banquets, events and occasionally in other hotel divisions).

• Advanced level of English.
• Previous experience in a similar position in hotels.
• Skills: customer service, people skills, proactivity and multitasking.

• Full-time (split shift) and part-time (4 hours)

Las funciones que se llevarán a cabo serán:

• Dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes.
• Recibir, despedir, ubicar y aconsejar a los clientes.
• Asistir y ayudar durante el servicio.
• Servir a los clientes en el tiempo adecuado según estándares y necesidades.
• Recordar las preferencias de los huéspedes.
• Eventos: servir, organizar, preparar, montar el restaurante, la sala u otras zonas según las necesidades que requiera la ocasión.
• Soporte transversal inter-departemantal (room-dining, restaurante, bar, terraza, banquetes, eventos y ocasionalmente en otras divisiones del hotel)

• Nivel de inglés avanzado.
• Experiencia previa en puesto de trabajo similar en hoteles.
• Habilidades: atención al cliente, don de gentes, proactividad y multitarea.

• Jornada completa (turno partido) y Jornada parcial (4 horas)
