Your responsibilities will include...
• Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and personalized manner upon arrival and departure from the resort.
• Assist with the transportation, loading, and unloading of luggage while ensuring the proper care and handling of guests' belongings.
• Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about the resort's facilities, services, and available experiences.
• Manage luggage storage, delivery, and retrieval in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to guest requests efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
• Provide general information about the hotel, services, restaurants, activities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience.
• Handle the delivery of messages, packages, mail, and other items according to company standards.
• Maintain assigned work areas in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
• Ensure luggage carts and other work equipment are maintained and in proper working order.
• Respond promptly and effectively to requests for assistance from guests and colleagues.
• Assist with managing guest and vehicle traffic flow when required.
• Comply with The Ritz-Carlton's service, safety, and quality standards.
• Protect the confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Report any accidents, injuries, incidents, or unsafe working conditions in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with other resort departments.
