The role
H10 Hotels is looking to hire a person to work as a Waiter/Waitress at our H10 Salauris Palace hotel, in Salou
What you'll do
The tasks that will be under their responsibility are:
- Carry out food and beverage service and sales in a skilled, autonomous, and responsible manner.
- Prepare the work areas for service.
- Provide direct customer service for the consumption of beverages and meals.
- Transport the utensils and equipment needed for service.
- Check and inspect merchandise and items used in the section.
- Collaborate in setting up, serving, and clearing buffets.
- Collaborate with the dining room manager in the preparation and development of special events.
- May coordinate and supervise the duties specific to the activity of their section.
- Inform and advise customers about the composition and preparation of the different products available to them.
- May handle customer complaints.
- Billing, payment collection, and cash register closing.
- Complete the department's shift records.
