About the role
H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Massage Therapist to work at our H10 Imperial Tarraco hotel.
What you'll do
The tasks to be performed will be:
- Perform body treatments according to the Spa Menu protocols.
- Perform aesthetic treatments according to the Spa Menu protocols.
- Advise clients based on their needs for both treatments and products.
- Organize client health information and data according to protocols.
- Ability to build a regular client base.
- Knowledge and willingness to upsell and cross-sell treatments and products.
- Sell retail products after each treatment based on client needs.
- Monitor and restock the product inventory in the treatment cabin daily.
- Communicate with the Spa Manager when professional and retail products are needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in both the treatment cabin and the Spa & Fitness area.
- Maintain fluid communication with the Spa Manager regarding any incidents.
- Treat clients with respect and courtesy in all areas of the Hotel and Spa.
