Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter for Kitchen Cleaning

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Dishwasher for kitchen cleaning to work at our hotel H10 Big Sur, in Tenerife.

The duties to be performed will be:

• We are looking for a profile with experience in cleaning common areas in food service, restaurants, restaurant kitchens, etc.
• Previous experience in pot washing and kitchen porter duties in hotel kitchens, as well as handling and use of the dishwashing line, will be valued.

• Experience in the use and handling of the dishwashing line and the pot washing and kettle area.
• Experience in cleaning cold rooms and other kitchen-related areas.

A permanent contract is offered, with the possibility of extending to full-time.

Working hours are 28 hours per week, distributed as follows:

• 3 times a week, 4 hours for cleaning kitchen areas (cold rooms, storerooms, and main kitchen).
• 2 days a week, 8 hours of pot washing and kitchen porter duties.
• The 4-hour shifts will be from 12:00 to 16:00.
• The 8-hour shifts will be either in the morning or in the afternoon.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a un/a Fregador/a para limpieza en cocina para trabajar en nuestro hotel H10 Big Sur, en Tenerife.

Las funciones a desarrollar serán:

• Se busca perfil con experiencia en limpieza de áreas comunes de restauración, restaurante, cocinas de restaurantes, etc.
• Se valorará experiencia previa en trabajos de platería y marmitón en cocinas de hoteles así como de manejo y uso del tren de lavado.

• Experiencia en uso y manejo del tren de lavado y zona de platería y calderos.
• Experiencia en limpieza de cámaras y demás zonas afines a la cocina

Se ofrece contrato indefinido con posibilidad de ampliación a jornada completa.

Jornada laboral de 28 horas semanales repartidas de la siguiente manera:

• 3 veces a la semana 4 horas para limpieza de áreas de cocina ( cámaras, almacenes y cocina central).
• 2 días a la semana, 8 horas de platería y marmitón.
• Los turnos de 4 horas serán de 12.00 a 16.00 horas.
• Los de 8 horas tanto de mañana como de tarde.
