Room Valet/Housekeeping Attendant at H10 Imperial Tarraco

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Valet/Room Attendant to work at our H10 Imperial Tarraco hotel in Tarragona.

The duties to be performed will be:

• Prepare, collect, and transport the materials and products necessary for the cleaning and maintenance of rooms and common and internal areas.
• Remove dirty laundry and trash from the offices on the room floors and, when necessary, from inside the rooms.
• Perform scheduled glass cleanings in rooms and external and internal areas of the hotel.
• Record and report any items left behind by guests to superiors.
• Care for and maintain in perfect condition all the material intended for transportation and cleaning functions.
• Assist with any requests from the department, prioritizing those that come directly from guests.
• You will support the floor attendant duties in cleaning guest rooms and common areas whenever necessary.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Night shift work schedule.
• Intermediate level of English. Must be able to attend to guest requests.
• Availability for full-time work.
• Permanent contract.

• Hotel experience will be valued.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar una persona como Valet / Mozo de habitaciones para trabajar en nuestro hotel H10 Imperial Tarraco, en Tarragona.

Las funciones a desarrollar serán:

• Preparará, recogerá y transportará los materiales y productos necesarios para la limpieza y mantenimiento de habitaciones y áreas comunes e internas.
• Retirará la ropa sucia y basura de los offices en planta de habitaciones y siempre que sea necesario del interior de las habitaciones.
• Realizará las limpiezas programadas de cristales en habitaciones y áreas externas e internas del hotel.
• Registrará y comunicará cualquier objeto olvidado por los clientes a sus superiores.
• Cuidará y mantendrá en perfecto estado todo el material destinado a sus funciones de transporte y limpieza.
• Asistirá cualquier petición del departamento priorizando aquellas que provengan directamente de los clientes.
• Apoyará en funciones de camarero de pisos en la limpieza de habitaciones y zonas comunes siempre que sea necesario.

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en posiciones similares.
• Trabajo horario de Noche.
• Nivel medio de Inglés. Deberá poder atender las peticiones de los clientes.
• Disponibilidad de jornada completa.
• Contrato indefinido.

• Se valorará experiencia en hoteles.
