Section Manager

H10 Hotels needs to hire a person to work as a Sector Head in the restaurant at the H10 Atlantic Sunset hotel.

The tasks that will be under their responsibility are:

- Perform the functions of control and supervision of your area of responsibility and the tasks carried out in view of the client in a qualified manner.

- Prepare and decorate the restaurant's rooms and tables.

- Collaborate in receiving, saying goodbye to, seating, and advising customers about menus and drinks.

- Perform tasks in view of the customer (flambéing, carving, slicing, deboning, etc.).

- Check everyday-use items.

- Store and control goods and everyday-use items within the restaurant.

- Billing and collecting from the customer, as well as balancing and settling the collection in your section.

- Training in the Restaurant area (Vocational Training or similar).

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in à la carte restaurants.

- Languages: English and German. Other languages will be valued.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar una persona para trabajar como Jefe/a de Sector en el Restaurante del hotel H10 Atlantic Sunset.

Las tareas que estarán bajo su responsabilidad serán:

- Realizar de manera cualificada las funciones de control y supervisión de su sector de responsabilidad y de las tareas realizadas a la vista del cliente.

- Ocuparse de preparar y decorar las salas y mesas del restaurante.

- Colaborar en recibir, despedir, ubicar y aconsejar a los clientes sobre los menús y las bebidas.

- Realizar trabajos a la vista del cliente (flambear, cortar, trinchar, desespinar, etc).

- Revisar los objetos de uso corriente.

- Almacenar y controlar las mercancías y objetos de uso corriente en el ámbito del restaurante.

- Facturación y cobro al cliente, así como cuadre y liquidación de la recaudación en su sección

- Formación en el área de Restauración (Formación profesional o similar).

- Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en restaurantes a la carta

- Idiomas: Inglés, y Alemán. Se valorarán otros idiomas
