The role
H10 Hotels is looking to hire a person to work as a Kitchen Assistant at the H10 Rubicón Horizons Collection hotel in Lanzarote.
What you'll do
- Perform the mise-en-place missing from the different sections.
- Cover the dining room service.
- Check and control the stock of goods.
- Serve customer orders in a timely manner according to standards and needs.
- Ensure that each of the dishes prepared by him is in perfect condition when sent to the dining room.
- Supervise the staff's food, cooking and service.
- Help cook and present the food for service.
