Environment Specialist

At HEINEKEN Spain, we are looking for an Environment Specialist for our Supply Chain area.

Coordinate and develop environmental management for Supply Chain at HEINEKEN Spain, ensuring legal and corporate compliance, continuous improvement of environmental performance, and the integration of sustainability criteria into operations, projects, and investments. Act as the environmental technical reference for factories and corporate functions.

• Maintain and develop the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate standards.
• Coordinate audits, environmental certifications, and resulting action plans.
• Provide technical support to factories regarding environmental compliance and continuous improvement.
• Manage regulatory requirements, reports, and environmental indicators (water, energy, emissions, waste, packaging, and environmental footprints).
• Lead and support sustainability initiatives related to decarbonization, renewable energy, circular economy, water management, and waste.
• Evaluate the environmental impacts of projects, investments, products, and services, incorporating environmental, economic, and social criteria.
• Oversee environmental requirements applicable to suppliers, contractors, and facilities.
• Collaborate with internal areas and global teams to drive the company's sustainability strategy.
• Promote training, awareness, and environmental culture within the organization.

En HEINEKEN ESPAÑA estamos buscando un Environment Specialist para nuestra área de Supply Chain.

Coordinar y desarrollar la gestión ambiental de Supply Chain en HEINEKEN España, asegurando el cumplimiento legal y corporativo, la mejora continua del desempeño ambiental y la integración de criterios de sostenibilidad en las operaciones, proyectos e inversiones. Actúa como referente técnico ambiental para fábricas y funciones corporativas.

• Mantener y desarrollar el Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (ISO 14001), garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y de los estándares corporativos.
• Coordinar auditorías, certificaciones ambientales y planes de acción derivados.
• Dar soporte técnico a las fábricas en materia de cumplimiento ambiental y mejora continua.
• Gestionar requisitos regulatorios, reportes e indicadores ambientales (agua, energía, emisiones, residuos, envases y huellas ambientales).
• Liderar y apoyar iniciativas de sostenibilidad relacionadas con descarbonización, energías renovables, economía circular, gestión hídrica y residuos.
• Evaluar impactos ambientales de proyectos, inversiones, productos y servicios, incorporando criterios ambientales, económicos y sociales.
• Supervisar requisitos ambientales aplicables a proveedores, contratistas e instalaciones.
• Colaborar con áreas internas y equipos globales para impulsar la estrategia de sostenibilidad de la compañía.
• Promover la formación, sensibilización y cultura ambiental dentro de la organización.
