🚀 Hello Pomelo is growing! We are looking for a UX/UI Designer wishing to develop their expertise in the creation and redesign of e-commerce sites, on a VIE contract in Barcelona.

You will work on the e-commerce BU and participate in the different phases of our client projects, from Discovery to Delivery, as well as in tenders in close collaboration with our Product, Tech, and Data teams.

Accompanied by the Lead Designer and the BU manager, your main missions will be:

• Analyze client needs in collaboration with the internal team and propose a design approach adapted to each project

• Propose and facilitate Design Thinking workshops with our clients

• Translate user and business insights, and synthesize them into clear deliverables (workshop reports, user flows, wireframes, etc.)

• Create high-fidelity desktop and mobile mockups on Figma and using AI

• Build or evolve Design Systems and UI kits

• Support the Product and Tech teams to guarantee a faithful implementation of the mockups

• Exchange regularly with clients, from pre-sales through to design Discovery and Delivery

• Work in a team to ensure the product & design consistency of the project

• Propose continuous improvements on ongoing projects

• Build a relationship of trust with our clients

• Effectively manage your time and priorities

• Act as an advisor for the client (prioritization, testing, evolution...)

• Regularly participate in tenders in order to present design recommendations: workshops, creation of rapid high-value-added prototypes, recommendation dossiers.

• Actively contribute to the internal design culture: monitoring, inspiration, sharing.
