Product Owner - AI & Vibe Coding

A complete role: You follow your projects from the first client workshop to production deployment.

A complete team around you: You work with a Business Expert, a Tech Lead, developers, and UX/UI Product Builders.

You have at least 2 years of experience in business scoping and specification, ideally on ERP, CRM, DMS, or e-commerce projects. You have already coordinated a development team and testing, and you know how to present a solution to business, IT, or management stakeholders.

What matters above all is your ability to rapidly absorb a business domain and translate it into a product using AI.

• Vibe coding (mandatory): you have proven practice with Claude Code, Lovable, or other LLMs, and a critical eye on what they produce.

• Business specification: management rules, workflows, edge cases.

• Usage-oriented modeling: objects, states, rights, RBAC.

• Data scoping and third-party integrations.

• Jira and Notion for the backlog, sprints, and functional documentation.

• Reading React, Laravel/Livewire, and Symfony: no back-end development is expected, but you must be able to communicate with the Tech Lead and understand what the AI has generated.

• Workshop facilitation: you know how to bring out needs, journeys, and priorities, up to the MVP.

• Decision-making spirit: you make calls, you take ownership, and you stay the course.

• High standards: you do not let pass anything that does not serve real-world usage.

• Communication: you bridge the gap between business, tech, and the client.

Hello Pomelo is looking for a Technical Product Owner – AI & Vibe coding

As an AI & Vibe Coding Product Owner, you are the backbone of the project: from the first client workshop to production deployment. You understand the business, you design the product, and you get it built.

• You lead discovery workshops with the Business Expert and dive deep into the client's processes.

• You model what matters: business objects, management rules, workflows, roles and permissions, without forgetting edge cases.

• You frame the data and third-party integrations before the first line of specs is written.

• You transform business rules into user journeys, then into a functional front-end built with AI (Claude Code, Lovable…).

• This front-end becomes the project specification: developers build what they see, not what they imagine.

• You maintain a critical eye on what the AI produces, and you correct it as soon as it doesn't align with real-world usage.

• You break the project down into batches and arbitrate priorities with the Business Expert (value) and the Tech Lead (effort, risk).

• You validate an AI-generated backlog, precise enough to guide both developers and AI agents.

• You are the entry point for developers on all functional questions, and you are the one who makes the decisions.

• You facilitate delivery rituals and remove blockers before they slow down the team.

• You manage testing through to production deployment. Your rule: being compliant with the ticket is not enough; it must work for the user.
