Tech Lead

Varied contexts: Our technical team is cross-functional. You will work on projects in different sectors, without being confined to a single business vertical.

A complete role: Management, technical expertise, and client consulting combined in a single position.

You have at least 3 years of experience in development, a strong appetite for team management and agility, and you are as comfortable with technology as you are with client relations.

• Previous experience in technical team management, or as a Scrum Master or Lead Dev.

• Mastery of Scrum: ceremonies, artifacts, DoR and DoD, estimation.

• Mastery of at least one language/framework pair: PHP/Symfony, Node.js, Python, React…

• Mastery of GitHub (Pull Requests, code review) and SonarCloud, and proven practice with GitHub Actions.

• Solid fundamentals in systems and network administration, and an understanding of Nginx configuration.

• Fluent French: minimum C1 level

• Leadership: you know how to motivate a team, including during periods of high workload.

• Composure: you remain calm during periods of high workload or tension.

• Transparency: you communicate clearly when a matter is not going as planned.

• Synthesis skills and adaptability: you structure, you adapt, and you seek solutions.

This position is intended for a generalist profile, who enjoys changing contexts and quickly gaining expertise in sometimes unknown business domains.

We are looking for a Tech Lead to strengthen our Technical Value team in Barcelona.

You bring agility to life within the team, you remain hands-on technically, from code reviews to deployment diagnostics, and you support our clients in their technical choices, from pre-sales to steering committees.

You are the guarantor of delivery quality and fluidity, you supervise and motivate your team, and you represent the technical collective to the client. Your role combines three dimensions: agility and management, technical expertise, and pre-sales and client relations.

• You bring the Scrum framework to life and facilitate ceremonies: daily, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective.

• You estimate User Stories (story points and time) and you challenge them: relevance, breakdown, feasibility.

• You are the guarantor of the Definition of Ready (DoR) and the Definition of Done (DoD).

• You coordinate and motivate the team, and you facilitate technical meetings.

• You act as the link between the team and management, communicating transparently about difficulties.

• You monitor team staffing and absorb project contingencies without losing focus.

• You manage Pull Requests and code reviews on GitHub, and you monitor code quality with SonarCloud.

• You diagnose deployment failures using GitHub Actions logs.

• You rely on your DevOps culture: Docker / Docker Compose locally, Nginx configuration, and fundamentals in systems and network administration.

• You lead client meetings and know how to reassure through your posture and your explanations.

• In pre-sales, you study specifications, participate in presentations and tenders, and write technical reports.

• You convince through the technical solidity of your answers, not through sales talk.

• You present and justify architecture and technology choices to CIOs, notably in steering committees, with clear and well-prepared arguments.
