About the role

Do you want to live in Valencia and work in French and Spanish for an energy transition company?

With the advent of AI and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), the search landscape is radically evolving. As a SEO Project Manager (V.I.E) based in Valencia, you will actively participate in this transformation. Your goal? To grow the organic traffic and conversions of our platforms (hellowatt.fr, hellowatt.es and our other sites).

Integrated into the Spanish office, you will work in direct contact with Ruben (SEO Manager Spain), the future SEO Manager France, and in synergy with our writers as well as the Product, Tech, Brand, and Data teams. Within a young and dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to test your ideas and develop your skills on the latest SEO practices.

After a training period in our Parisian offices, your missions will be:

  • Onsite optimization: detect technical optimizations to be made to the site in order to gain positions. Always on the lookout, you regularly propose new improvement paths. To do this, you rely on our super team of developers who accompany you on all technical SEO projects, and you will work with the reference tools of SEO/GEO.

  • SEO & GEO content strategy: support the Content SEO team in identifying new traffic opportunities and writing briefs and content. This will involve feeding our sites to establish our expertise on Google, but also adapting our content to be discoverable and precise on generative engines and new audience crossroads (YouTube, Reddit...).

  • Netlinking & Authority: aware of the importance of netlinking for SEO, you seize every opportunity to obtain quality backlinks. You drive this strategy, support the team in achieving its objectives, and demonstrate a vision that is both pragmatic and creative.

  • Automation & AI: you test and integrate AI and automation tools into SEO workflows. You know how to identify repetitive and time-consuming tasks, in order to free up bandwidth and refocus the team's energy on high-value-added tasks. You share your findings with the team and contribute to raising everyone's skills on these subjects.
