Human Resources Business Partner

As part of its growth, Hello Watt opened its offices in Valencia more than two years ago!

In collaboration with the Country Launch Manager and the HR teams in France and Malaga, you will contribute to the growth of this international office.

You will join a 7-person HR team, passionate about human resources, operating in a globalized environment, to support you throughout your adventure in  Valencia.

This V.I.E will allow you to gain comprehensive experience in Human Resources internationally in a high-growth context.

You will thus be involved in recruitment, onboarding, administration, and more broadly in all projects and initiatives that help convey our culture to our new colleagues in Valencia.

HR is a strategic function for us to manage our growth! You will therefore collaborate with the entire HR team throughout your V.I.E.

You will handle various HR missions:

• Participation in recruitment processes for numerous Spanish-speaking and French-speaking profiles

• Management and oversight of job postings on various job boards (WTTJ, Indeed,, LinkedIn)

• Integration of new employees at the Valencia hub

• Organization of training sessions

• Drafting of employment contracts, management of health insurance, social security, and monitoring of probation periods...

• Participation in payroll processing in collaboration with the Finance team and our Spanish payroll provider

• Deployment of new HR training projects, internal communication, etc.

• Regular check-ins with managers

• Organization of events fostering engagement and connection in a multicultural environment (Teambuilding, afterworks, breakfasts)

This is a non-exhaustive list, and your missions may evolve during this period based on the team's needs.

• Your interpersonal skills and rigor will be key!

• Higher education degree from a business school or equivalent university program

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources

• You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously

• Perfect command of office tools

• Excellent level of Spanish

• You have managed projects independently in your past experiences, demonstrating your autonomy and ability to take initiative

• Meet the V.I.E conditions: be under 28 years old, have never had an employment contract in Spain, and not hold Spanish nationality

• Be available to start around December 2026 to ensure a smooth handover with Emma, our HRBP.

• Play a key role in Hello Watt's growth by taking on a position with significant responsibilities.

Dans le cadre de sa croissance, Hello Watt a ouvert ses bureaux à Valencia il y a déjà plus de deux ans!

En collaboration directe avec le Country Launcher et les équipes RH en France et à Malaga, tu participeras à la croissance de ce bureau international.

Tu rejoins une équipe RH de 7 personnes, passionnée par les ressources humaines, avec un fonctionnement globalisé pour t’accompagner tout au long de ton aventure à  Valencia.

Ce V.I.E te permettra d'acquérir une expérience complète du métier des Ressources Humaines à l’international dans un contexte de forte croissance.

Tu seras ainsi intégré.e aux sujets de recrutement, d'onboarding, d'administration et plus largement à l'ensemble des projets et initiatives permettant de transmettre notre culture à nos nouveaux collaborateurs à Valencia.

Le service RH est une fonction stratégique chez nous pour la bonne gestion de notre croissance! Tu seras ainsi amené.e à collaborer avec l'ensemble de l'équipe RH tout au long de ton V.I.E.

Tu participeras à des missions RH diversifiées :

• Participation aux processus de recrutements de nombreux profils hispanophones et francophones

• Gestion et pilotage des annonces sur les différents jobboards (WTTJ, Indeed,, LinkedIn)

• Intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs sur le pôle de Valence

• Organisation des formations

• Rédaction des contrats de travail, gestion de la mutuelle, de la sécurité sociale, suivi des périodes d'essai...

• Participation à la paie en collaboration avec l'équipe Finance et notre cabinet de paie espagnol

• Déploiement de nouveaux projets RH de formation, communication interne, etc.

• Points réguliers avec les managers

• Organisation d’évènements encourageant l’engagement et la rencontre dans un contexte multiculturel (Teambuilding, afterworks, petits-déjeuners)

Il s’agit d’une liste non-exhaustive et tes missions pourront évoluer durant cette période, en fonction des besoins de l’équipe.

• Tes qualités humaines et ta rigueur seront déterminantes!

• De formation supérieure de type école de commerce ou équivalent universitaire

• 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans les Ressources Humaines

• Tu es reconnu.e pour ton excellent relationnel et ta capacité à gérer de nombreux sujets de front

• Maîtrise parfaite d’office

• Très bon niveau d'espagnol

• Tu as piloté des projets seul.e.s dans tes expériences passées, démontrant ainsi ton autonomie et ta capacité à prendre des initiatives

• Remplir les conditions du V.I.E : avoir moins de 28 ans révolu, ne jamais avoir eu un contrat de travail espagnol et ne pas avoir la nationalité espagnole

• Pouvoir débuter vers le mois de décembre 2026 pour assurer la passation avec Emma, notre HRBP.

• Jouer un rôle essentiel dans la croissance de Hello Watt en occupant un poste à fortes responsabilités.

• Développer ses compétences en ressources humaines dans un environnement multiculturel avec des missions variées.
