• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the hotel's electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment systems.

• Address and resolve breakdowns efficiently, prioritizing safety and continuity of operations.

• Keep a record of all repairs, maintenance work, and spare parts purchases.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the good condition of the facilities.

• Comply with safety and hygiene standards in all tasks performed.

• Previous experience in hotels or resort complexes.

• Certifications in electricity, refrigeration, or HVAC.

• Quick problem-solving skills.

• Technical training in electricity, mechanics, HVAC, or related areas.
