The role
RALARSA; leading company in the sector of repair, replacement, and maintenance of vehicle glass, committed to quality, safety, and excellence in customer service. They are looking to hire a Workshop Technician to join their Operations team.
Functions:
What you'll do
- Replacement and repair of vehicle windows.
- Calibration of ADAS systems and driving assistance cameras.
- Window tinting.
- Headlight polishing.
- Installation of windshield wiper blades.
- Replacement of window regulator mechanisms.
- Customer service and reception following the active reception protocol.
- Management and follow-up of incidents, warranties, and inquiries.
- Performance of administrative tasks specific to the workshop.
- Application of technical, quality, safety, and occupational risk prevention procedures.
- Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and hygiene of the facilities.
- Marketing and sale of complementary products and services defined by the company.
How you'll work
SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Requirements
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in vehicle glass repair and replacement workshops.
Experience in the automotive sector, bodywork, quick mechanical repair, or related fields will also be valued.
