We are looking to incorporate a Design Technician into our Technical Office Department to participate in the development of packaging solutions, combining structural design, graphic design, color management, and technical preparation for manufacturing.
We are looking for a technical, creative, organized, and proactive person, capable of connecting design, industrial processes, and customer needs.
What you'll do

🔹 Design and develop structural packaging solutions, plans, sketches, and samples.
🔹 Prepare and validate designs and developments before manufacturing.
🔹 Work with design tools such as ArtiosCAD and Adobe Illustrator.
🔹 Prepare and adapt graphic files for different printing systems.
🔹 Participate in color management and the management of printing elements.
🔹 Technically manage pre-press and post-press clichés, as well as dies.
🔹 Prepare and maintain technical data sheets, manufacturing sheets, and palletizing sheets.

You will participate in the definition and technical development of our products, ensuring that the designs, tooling, and specifications necessary for manufacturing are technically correct and available within the established deadlines. You will work on both the structural development of packaging and aspects related to graphic design, printing, color, and artwork preparation, collaborating closely with Sales and Production.

Education related to Industrial Design and Product Development, Graphic Design, Engineering, Graphic Arts, or similar.

📌 Proficiency in ArtiosCAD or equivalent software.
📌 Good proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and graphic design tools.
📌 Knowledge of color, pre-press, and printing processes.
📌 Ability to interpret and develop technical drawings.
📌 Knowledge of industrial production processes and regular use of Office.
