The role

We are looking to hire a Back Office professional for our Sales Department!

You will be a key piece in the coordination between customers, the sales team, production, and other internal departments, ensuring agile order management and offering quality service to the customer.

What you'll do

  • Management and follow-up of customer orders, from receipt to delivery.

  • Entry, modification, and follow-up of orders in SAP.

  • Preparation and follow-up of quotes and commercial offers.

  • Regular customer service and communication.

  • Administrative and operational support to the sales team.

  • Coordination with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Administration.

  • Follow-up of manufacturing and delivery dates.

  • Management and resolution of incidents related to orders and service.

  • Updating of rates, customer data, and commercial conditions.

  • Follow-up of samples, new developments, and customer requests.

  • Maintenance and review of commercial information in the system.
