The role
For our business unit Service we are looking for an HSE Specialist based in Madrid.
What you'll do
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and internal policies
Acting as a coach and advisor toward the supervision team concerning HSE management.
Conduct comprehensive HSE risk assessments and implement effective control measures
Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, and define corrective and preventive actions
Implement and support HSE programs, audits, inspections, and improvement initiatives
Monitor key HSE KPIs and prepare clear reports to drive transparency and decision‑making
Deliver HSE trainings and awareness programs that foster a strong safety culture
Maintain and continuously improve emergency response plans, including drills and preparedness activities
Collaborate closely with teams to integrate HSE considerations into daily operations and long‑term planning
Drive the integration and continuous improvement of environmental practices by leading risk assessments, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring/reporting environmental performance against HSE objectives.
