Are you passionate about people development? At HM Hospitals we are looking for a Talent Management and Development Technician to lead our talent development and retention programs, driving the professional growth of our teams.

What you'll do

  • Manage training requests coming from the different areas.
  • Operationally organize and follow up on training actions.
  • Administratively manage the subsidy of training programs.
  • Maintain contact with training providers.
  • Communicate training actions to the RLPT and to the workers.
  • Prepare training reports and metrics.
  • Operationally manage the process of identifying training needs.
  • Plan training needs.
  • Manage individual training permits.
