What are we looking for?
Caser Servicios wants to incorporate Nurses ICU into its team within the hospital business for our center Hospitales Parque Llevant. (Mallorca/Porto Cristo).
Reporting directly to the nursing director, your mission will be to support the medical service, applying preventive and curative treatments according to prior indications, in order to guarantee an efficient medical/care service to patients.
What you'll do
Among your main responsibilities are:
Prepare the bed upon notification of a new patient's admission, identifying and prioritizing their needs.
· Receive patients
· Attend to and inform the patient's relatives.
· Verify and record the patient's physical, psychological, and well-being status.
· Assess and record respiratory and cardiac parameters.
· Monitor nervous system function.
· Collaborate in the performance of diagnostic tests.
· Assist the doctor during admission.
· Review clinical documents and record patient data in a chart and in the corresponding documentation.
· Verify and record the correct functioning of the equipment.
· File patients' medical histories.
