• University degree in Law, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar. A master's in HR Management or management development programs is valued.
• Experience: 5-7 years in HRBP positions or selection and development in service companies or the healthcare/social-healthcare sector.
• Availability to travel.
• C1 level of English.
• Catalan / Mallorquí level C1.

At Caser Servicios, we are looking to incorporate an HR Business Partner into our team for the Hospitales Parque business in Porto Cristo (Manacor, Mallorca). The location will be at the Hospital Parque Llevant offices (Carrer de l'Escamarlà, 6, 07680 Porto Cristo).

Depending on the Human Resources Directorate, their mission will be to act as a strategic link between the HR Directorate and the business units, ensuring that corporate HR policies and processes are implemented consistently, adapting people solutions to the specific needs of each area. To contribute to the achievement of business objectives through effective talent management and an organizational culture aligned with corporate values.

Their main responsibilities include:

• Support to the management and business managers: advice on HR matters (labor, talent, processes) and implementation of corporate programs.
• Support to the Manager in the resolution of labor and leadership conflicts.
• Strategic talent management: identify staffing needs, identify people with potential, apply attraction and retention policies.
• Selection of middle management profiles and professionals.
• Performance management and development: coordination of team objectives and ensuring the performance process, promoting training and capacity building.
• Organizational culture and climate: drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives, detect risks of turnover or absenteeism.
• Labor relations management: support the application of collective agreements and labor regulations.
• Organize training for managers on labor matters.
• Transformation and corporate projects: implement HR digitalization projects, procedures, and HR policies.
