We are expanding our idealista/Hipotecas team with a Mortgage Manager.

What you'll do

Main Responsibilities

Support throughout the mortgage process from start to product signing.

Handling calls from individuals and professionals to resolve questions and issues.

Analyzing the different financing options available to our users.

Understanding their needs and financial profile.

Following up on transactions.

Offering the best mortgage.

What we're looking for

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage management.

Sales-oriented profile.

Resourceful and dynamic.

With initiative and responsibility.

Accustomed to working with computer tools.

Nice to have

Experience in real estate/mortgages is a plus.

Valued Skills

Proactive and resilient attitude.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new environments.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work toward goals and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.

Experience negotiating with financial institutions.

LCCI certification.

Offices in the center of Málaga (Calle Marqués de Larios 1)

Schedule

Full-time from Monday to Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

50% remote work

What you'll do

Responsabilidades Principales

Acompañamiento durante el proceso hipotecario desde el inicio hasta la contratación del producto.

Recepción de llamadas a particulares y profesionales para resolución de dudas e incidencias.

Analizar las diferentes opciones de financiación de nuestros usuarios

Entender sus necesidades y perfil financiero.

Seguimiento de las operaciones.

Ofrecer la mejor hipoteca

Requisitos

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión de Hipotecas.

Con iniciativa y responsabilidad.

Habituad@ a trabajar con herramientas informáticas.

Nice to have

Valorable experiencia en inmobiliaria/ Hipotecas.

Competencias Valoradas

Actitud proactiva y resiliente.

Capacidad para aprender y adaptarse rápidamente a nuevos entornos.

Buen manejo del tiempo y habilidades organizativas.

Capacidad para trabajar por objetivos y manejar varias operaciones simultáneamente.

Experiencia negociando con entidades financieras.

Certificación LCCI.
